6th ANNUAL REUNION - 3 Para Palestine 1945-48
Palestine Veterans Day - Eden Camp - Saturday 18th October 2008
This was our most successful reunion so far with eighteen 3 PARA
(Palestine) lads on parade.

We were very pleased to see "Dusty Millar" who, a week before our Reunion, had been rushed to hospital suffering from a heart attack.
It was so nice to see the smiles on the faces of "Dusty" & Maurice Kitchen (ex MT Sgt) who were meeting for the first time since 1947,
and Maurice
couldn't get over the fact that "Dusty" called him "Kitch" ! and kept repeating, over & over again:-
"That's the first time anyone has called me "Kitch" in the past 60 years !"
Several 3 Para lads have indicated that they would like to attend our reunions but, for various reasons, are unable to travel any distance.
Our main problem is that our members are scattered all over the country and so it is impossible to find a venue which is convenient for everyone.
